South East Eye Surgeons (SEES) is a specialist regulated ophthalmic provider, treating a comprehensive range of eye procedures in clinic, who focus on cataracts surgery in theatre. The service is consultant led provision, meaning that throughout the patient pathway you will always be under the expert care of your consultant ophthalmologist.
A group of highly experienced and qualified consultant ophthalmologists from Brighton and Eastbourne formed an LLP in February 2007, which was later restructured and rebranded in August 2018 as, South East Eye Surgeons (SEES) LLP. The group provide the very best ophthalmic care in a wide variety of eye conditions at various clinic locations and provide cataracts surgery at Eastbourne and Bexhill hospitals.
The SEES LLP is a consultant led service meaning that you will be under the care of your chosen consultant ophthalmologist during the entire patient pathway. In addition, the SEES LLP is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) ensuring that the standards of service remain to the highest levels possible.
A dedicated administrative team including individual medical secretaries provide responsive and efficient support to the SEES LLP. They can be contacted throughout the week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) and are in daily contact with all of the consultant ophthalmologists within the LLP.
